We’ve been there

Back in 2018, we were walking in your shoes, looking for our perfect wedding venue. We visited traditional venues but none seemed to suit. They didn’t give us the ‘frock and wellies’ look that we were after, nor the flexibility of choosing quirky food vans and large garden games. So many venues are restrictive in terms of what you can create for your special day, which is how we ended up having our very own outdoor tipi wedding.

What you need to know

The main thing to know is that our tipis can be erected on any level surface, although grass is best. If you have access to a sports ground maybe, or a village hall, a friendly farmer or a campsite, then you have a sense of how much space you will need.
